Paperwork & Fees



We can directly bill insurance that we participate with for these consultation services. If you have an HMO, you will need a referral from your primary care provider in order for us to bill your insurance. If we don’t participate with your insurance or you have a high deductible, we will provide a receipt for payment received with a diagnosis and procedure code for tax purposes or that could be submitted to an insurance for possible full or partial reimbursement or to offset your deductible. Fees for those people paying out of pocket (for both in office and telemedicine visits) are as follows:

For visits up to 30 minutes: $130
For visits 30 minutes-60 minutes: $250
Text messaging communication of 10 minutes or less: $40
Email communication of 10 minutes or less: $40
